Some services may require a deposit before work begins.

Consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

Clients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

• Clients receive a licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose.

• Commercial usage rights are included where specified in the service agreement.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter the content in a way that misrepresents FirstFrame Productions without prior written permission.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FirstFrame Productions may use completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

If confidentiality is required, please notify us before the project begins.

Limitation of Liability

We will take reasonable care in providing our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, FirstFrame Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
